Introduction
The International Youth Growth Pathway is a global development program designed for children and teenagers. By integrating high-quality global resources—including international fashion and arts platforms, professional talent agency networks, film and performance experiences, as well as training and showcase opportunities across Asia and North America—students gain access to real industry environments.Based on their interests and developmental stage, participants may choose one or multiple pathways, learning in real-world settings and growing through practical experience.
Unlike traditional competition-based or short-term showcase programs, this initiative prioritizes long-term developmental capacity, including: Confidence in front of stage and camera、Communication and expressive ability、Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability、Curiosity and a spirit of exploration
Before participating in international projects, all students undergo unified pre-departure training in Toronto. The curriculum covers camera presence, expression management, public speaking, stage presentation, modelling posture, and talent performance. The objective is not standardized molding, but to equip each child with the composure and readiness to navigate unfamiliar environments and broader global platforms.
